Viewers know that Steve has been harbouring the fact that Leanne Battersby is pregnant with his baby too, the result of a one-night stand earlier in the year.
After Steve’s devastating bombshell, Michelle later finds her husband deep in thought in the back of the Rovers. He apologises for upsetting her, but will he finally come clean about his fling with Leanne?
Probably not...
Corrie bosses have teased that Steve’s double baby plot is going to be the story of the summer, so we can all expect plenty more twists and turns.

Actor Simon Gregson admitted that his character Steve has definitely “gone a step too far” this time.
He told The Express: "I think it might be a step too far. The important thing for him is that he has to keep Michelle – she's stuck by him through everything. So, he thinks he can’t tell her anything.
"Steve in trouble seems to be what they [the writers] like. There is a lot of scope for comedy with the whole thing."
