There was muchos excitement on Wednesday (February 1) night when the Emmerdale Instagram account posted a special message from a certain Ryan Hawley – that’s Robert Sugden to most of us – who revealed that the highly anticipated Robron nuptials could take place THIS VERY MONTH.
Wait. What? That’s not even enough time to go shopping for a decent hat.
Well, he didn’t actually say that the wedding would be this month, but we’re pretty good at reading between the lines when it comes to soapster interviews. Either that or it’s just really wishful thinking on our part.
Looking hot as ever swoon, Ryan said: "It's the first of February today, which marks the start of a big month here at Emmerdale."
"We've got some really exciting stuff coming up, so you don't want to miss out. Make sure you tune in..."
So yes, he's being pretty vague, but come on, what else could he be referring to?!
Furthermore, we've done some detective work, and we know that the wedding has already been filmed.
And of course, being a soap wedding we've heard there are a few juicy twists and turns along the way. Well it wouldn't be a soap if everything went totally smoothly now, would it?
Obviously Robron fans got totes emosh over the (possible) news, saying things like: “Robron wedding in a few eps sonnnnn” and “huSBANDs” and totally using the Robron hashtag to death.
Whatever Ry was cryptically referencing in his message, it looks like February is not a month to miss the action in the Dales. We'll see you on the sofa!
