This Morning viewers were surprised after Trinny Woodall she "wants to be black" during her fashion segment

It's safe to say that This Morning viewers were left in shock after fashion expert Trinny said she "wants to black."

The awkward moment ensued shortly after Trinny was discussing different swimwear pieces for women. Holly Willoughby complimented one of the models Pamela by saying: "You look amazing. Oh my God Pamela, am I allowed to say how old you are?"

After it was revealed that the model is 53-years-old, Holly added: "You look amazing. You look 21."

Trinny then said: "I want to be black because I want to have skin like that. The elasticity is there, it's like a piece of marble."

Even though it sounded as if Trinny was giving Pamela a compliment, some This Morning viewers slammed the fashion advisor. One person tweeted: "#Thismorning can't believe what I just heard 'I want to be black to have skin like that' wow. That was just terrible #NotRight #Cringe."

Someone else wrote: "Did anyone else hear Trinny on #ThisMorningLive just now with the black woman? Wtf 😂 #ThisMorning"

Another commented: "That woman looked seriously awkward when Trinny said she wished she was black! #ThisMorning."

A fourth person said: "Trinny actually said she wants to be black to have skin like marble 😂 the woman looks nowhere near 53 but the stroking though😐#ThisMorning"

One more person added: "Not sure how I feel about Trinny saying 'I want to be black so I have skin like that' #ThisMorning"

Although a few people didn't see anything wrong with what Trinny said, with one tweeting: "@trinnywoodall Just stating how she feels...I ain't mad at cha 😂 #ThisMorningLive #ThisMorning"

Another wrote: "Looool spat out my coffee when Trinny just said she wants to be black 😂😂😂 she kills me you know she just says whatever #ThisMorning."

Someone else added: "#ThisMorning I'm no fan of Trinny but there was nothing wrong in what she said. She was just being very nice & complimentary to her."

"O my god the lady in the lemon swimsuit is in her fifties wow she looks amazing !!! Wish I looked like her now #ThisMorning #50lookingfab," said another viewer.
