The 24-year-old appeared in front of Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Mel B and Louis Walsh to try and make her music dreams come true… but it didn't exactly go to plan.

Chezza and co had absolutely no idea and all of them admitted to having never seen the Essex reality show before, which Jasmin was grateful for because they would 'judge her as a normal girl'.

Louis was also rather shocked that Jasmin had a 'normal' job in a bank. But the most shocking thing, sadly, was her singing.

She started with Clean Bandit's Rather Be and, although we've heard worse first auditions, she was more off key than she was on.

Simon, 54, stopped Jasmin halfway through her rendition and asked to hear something else. To be fair to her, the second song was much better.

But it wasn't enough to impress the judges, with Simon telling her bluntly: "You haven't got a great singing voice."

Poor Jasmin. At least she's still got TOWIE to fall back on. And that great audition outfit.
