Well now help is at hand, as car experts Parkers have just launched The Parkers New Car Awards 2018, which should help to significantly narrow down your search.

So, according to Parkers, which Seven-Seater car is the best buy?
Well, you may be surprised to hear it's the Skoda Kodiaq (try saying that with your mouth full!).
Talking about why they think the Skoda Kodiaq is best of the bunch, Parkers explained: "Everything about the Kodiaq screams winner - from the quality of the interior to the sleek exterior, there's no need for compromise. And with typical great finance deals and attractive running costs it's a sensible choice, too."
In fact, Skoda's Kodiaq - which costs £22,190 - £36,135 new, with typical monthly costs of £409 - £786 - pipped the iconic Land Rover Discovery (which retails for £45,895 - £68,595 new) to top spot.
Explaining why he thinks it's such a worthy winner, Parkers editor Keith Adams said: "It's hard to make an impact in the crowded seven-seater segment these days, but Skoda has certainly managed it with the brilliant Kodiaq. It will bring a whole new type of buyer to the brand, as well as make many rivals seem needlessly expensive."
So there you have it - when it comes to great family cars, you don't need to break the bank to get the best.
