A young girl has filmed a video showing how kids can escape if they’re ever kidnapped. With just one little trick, the girl shows how easy it can be to escape from cable ties. Cable, or zip ties, are reportedly widely available and commonly used by criminals.

Bending over and untying her shoelaces, the girl proceeds to thread the right one through the ties. Once the lace is securely in place she then pulls the bottom of it through the tie with her teeth.

She then ties her left lace to the one already through the cable ties before leaning back in her chair and moving her feet in a sawing motion. This snaps the cable tie in just seconds.

“And then you’re free,” the girl says to the camera.

Florida hailing Michelle O’Neal, who is thought to be the girl’s mother, shared the video on Facebook with the caption: “Could your kids escape if they were handcuffed with a zip tie? Teach them how to free themselves in less than a minute!”

The video has already been viewed over 60 million times.
