For the most of us, seeing somebody seemingly suddenly lose their life right in front of us would leave us feeling shocked, saddened and sympathetic towards loved ones of the person in question.

But that was not the case for hairdresser Holly Jones, who was rather p*ssed off that the event had caused a disturbance to her costly meal with friends.

Jones was in Kilroys Bar & Grill in Indianapolis, America, on New Year’s Eve when a fellow diner suffered a serious heart attack within the eatery while celebrating the occasion with her family, who thought she wasn't going to make it as paramedics tried to revive her.

But an angry (and misinformed) Jones didn’t see the sad side, taking it upon herself to write on the venues Facebook pagecomplaining about the terrible customer service during the commotion.

She wrote:

“I will never go back to this location for New Year’s Eve!!! After the way we were treated when we spent $700+ and having our meal ruined by watching a dead person being wheeled out from an overdose my night has been ruined!!!!

“Every year we have come to Kilroys to enjoy New Years Eve and tonight we were screamed at and had the manager walk away from us while we were trying to figure out our bill being messed up.

Hairdresser Holly Jones was less than impressed with the service she received mid-heart attack of fellowe diner

She continued:

“The manager also told us someone dying was more important than us being there making us feel like our business didn’t matter, but I guess allowing a Junkie in the building to overdose on your property is more important than paying customers who are spending a lot of money!

“Our waitress when we were trying to ask about our biull being messed up also said what do you want me to f*cking pay your bill for you?” What a great way to talk to a paying customer!!!

“I get that working on New Years Eve a stressful but being a complete b*tch to us all night knowing you get an automatic gratuity is not right!!!”

Quite the rant.

In fact, Jones had her facts all wrong, as the person in question was a 57-year-old woman who was having a heart attack.

But the manager also had the perfect response to silence her heartless complaint.

Chris Burton replied to the Facebook post saying:

“Hi Holly, thanks for reaching out! We love feedback… I especially like feedback like this so other can see the disgusting people we have to deal with sometimes.

“First of all, the “overdosing junkie” that you speak of was a woman who has a heart attack. Thankfully she was finally revived at the hospital and survived. Its sounds like you were very concerned about her so I thought you should know.

“This poor lady, who was celebrating New Year’s Eve with with her husband and son, had to be placed on the floor of a completely packed bar and have her shirt removed in front of everyone so the paramedics could work on her.

“But I can completely understand why you think being intoxicated assholes that didn’t understand your bill should take priority over human life.

“I especially appreciate you making your serve (who doesn’t curse) cry” “But honestly, I’m glad to hear you won’t be coming back top Kilroy’s because we wouldn’t want anyone as cold hearted and nasty as you returning.”

Chris Burtons perfect response to Holly Jones' complaint

Take that!
