The alleged victim has come forward to police, claiming that Will Hayden raped her 22 years ago (when she was 12 years old) while she was staying with the Hayden family at their apartment.

According to court documents, Hayden asked her if she “wanted to get high” and she said yes.
After smoking marijuana, her account continues, Hayden placed his hand over her mouth to prevent her from screaming, before raping her.
It is the latest in a string of accusations against the reality star.
In early August, Hayden, 44, was arrested for child molestation, but he claimed the allegations were false and coming from a scorned ex-girlfriend, his daughter's mother, who went to police in retaliation for their breakup.
Just weeks later, police arrested the Discovery Channel star on charges of aggravated rape of a child after his 12-year-old daughter told authorities she was raped "almost daily" by her father, but kept quiet because he threatened her.

His older daughter, Stephanie Ford, has since come forward to say she also suffered sexual abuse, although Hayden's lawyer has accused her of using the case to make money.
He told TMZ: “Her complaints arose only after her income from the show and (gun) shop stopped. She's still Will's daughter and he loves her."
However Stephanie, speaking in a statement, dismissed his comments.

She said: "With my father now in jail, everyone in my family and in our company are now talking openly for the first time.
"I have nothing to gain from this exclusive interview, but to begin living in truth and getting help for myself and my sister. I just pray that our story will somehow prevent another victim from staying silent."
Sons of Guns was quickly axed from the network in the wake of the charges brought against its star.
A Discovery Channel spokesperson said: "Given the serious and horrific nature of the charges against Will Hayden, we have decided to halt further production of Sons of Guns and cancel the series."
Hayden's Red Jacket Firearms company, which buys, sells, designs and rebuilds firearms, also distanced itself from the reality star, posting a statement on its website.
It read: “Red Jacket Firearms LLC has initiated and received full legal separation as an entity, from William M. Hayden.
“With heavy hearts, we will be continuing to operate and ensure the fulfilment of new customer orders, back orders and to provide support to those affected by these new developments.”
