We’re not going to lie to you – the thought of ghosts creeping about our home terrifies us.
Paranormal Activity, we blame you.
And this clip that’s circulating the net hasn’t done much to settle our fear of ghosts.
Posted on the YouTube channel of Don Philips– aka real life ghostbuster, medium and creator of The Phenomena Project– this clip appears to record the voices of ghosts in the haunted house of Keith Linder.
Keith, from Washington State, called in the exorcists to his house after himself and his girlfriend experienced a series of unusual activities – think unexplainable coughs and loud bangs around the house and well as things going missing or being thrown about.
In the clip, the paranormal invetsigators called it “one of the most controversial cases America had ever seen.”
Yikes.
Keith told Mirror.co.uk: "We moved in the house in the spring of 2012 and began experiencing paranormal weirdness almost immediately.”
Including three bibles and a cross suddenly going up in flames, and a statue of the Virgin Mary completely disappearing.
Yep, we’re terrified too.
Hence why we totally understand why he called in Steve Mera and Don Philips all the way from the UK to try and exorcise the spirits from his home.
In the clip, the team of two can be heard talking to the spirits, who they believe to be Irish settlers.
They ask the spirits whether they intend to hurt the homeowners – and the spirits replied in this chilling recording.
