A friend of the barber filmed them cutting Cameron Chadwick's hair and posted it online
The grieving parents of 15-year-old Cameron Chadwick, who died in February, entrusted their son's body to a local barber's shop when they asked him to cut his hair before the funeral.
Mo's Barbers, based in Pemberton, Wigan, was asked by Stacy and John Chadwick to cut their dead son's hair ahead of his funeral.
But the couple were stunned and distraught when video footage of their son inside his coffin then appeared online.
Cameron, who tragically died on February 7 after his moped crashed into a lamppost, was described by his family as the "happiest, funniest, loving lad," adding that "life itself will never be the same."
However, his parents not only had the absolute trauma of having to bury their son, but to then find that the barbers they had trusted with their son's body had taken video footage of the haircut happening.
Not only that, but that it had been posted online.
Apparently, the hairdresser who took it on was named Alan, and he brought a friend with him to do the cut - and the friend is the culprit of this horrendous and vile act.
Since the incident occurred, people have flocked to the Mo's Barbers Facebook page and thrown upset comments at them.
One person wrote: "I cannot believe my friend trusted you to cut her precious son's hair before she laid him to rest and you took a video... Disgusting."
The manager of the shop responded to the comments, writing: "As a manager and on behalf of all staff in Mo's Barbers, I apologise to Cameron's family about the incident which took place during last week by an ex-friend who went with Alan to do Cameron's hair.
"He took a video during the cut, now he's banned from our shop for life. I hope everyone can forgive us, especially Cameron's family. We are sorry again."
They then took down the Facebook page and created a new one.
However, this did not deter angry members of the public, who found the new page and continued to write comments and rate the shop with one star.
One person wrote: "How shameful that you let this happen! Shocking and without any care for the family. Who gave you the right to do that! RIP dear Cameron."
Another wrote: "You should close up shop and never trade again. A complete breach of trust. Disgusting."
We hope something is done about the person who took the video.
