Well this proposal attempt only marks one out of three, as the lady in question definitely had the breath knocked out of her due to this, erm, unusual technique.

That’s right, this gent decided to ask the woman he loves to be his wife by setting up a fake mugging experience. What every girl dreams of, right?

Teaming up with American prankster Tom Mabe{ =nofollow}, loved-up Taylor thought up a plan that involved himself and girlfriend Amanda being approached by a group of men on the street, and a police officer stepping in.

But just as Amanda’s fears were setting in, events took a truly unexpected turn.

That’s right, the men going from muggers to melody match makers in a matter of minutes, and clearly the now bride-to-be was won over.

We guess it is quite romantic in the end, but what a journey to get there...
