What do you get the woman who has everything? A stadium full of fans singing to you, that's what. Jay Z celebrated Beyonce's birthday this weekend by asking the audience at his Budweiser's Made In America Festival performance to sing to her.

In the middle of his headline set, the doting husband gave a shout out to his 36-year-old wife, who was in the audience with their eldest daughter Blue Ivy. The couple's newborn twins, Carter and Rumi, were at home.

'Shout out to Beyoncé. Beautiful Bey is in the house tonight. Happy Birthday my love,' he said, before asking everyone to join him in a rendition of 'Happy Birthday'.

According to E! News, fans reported that the singer and her 5-year-old girl were dancing throughout the gig. Beyonce wore a bright yellow trench coat with high-waisted jeans, a red basketball jersey and some platform Doc Martens, accessorising with red cats-eye shades.

Earlier during Beyonce's birthday weekend, the duo were spotted backstage in the VIP area of the festival, with the singer wearing a Gucci jacket, denim shorts, white tee and cap - aka the A-lister off-duty uniform.

This year's celebrations are considerably more low-key than those for her 35th bithday, which included a Soul Train-themed party. Former Destiny's Child band mates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland, as well as sister Solange, P Diddy, Jourdan Dunn, Chanel Iman, Kendrick Lamar and Serena Williams were all dressed up in their best disco attire for the occasion, which saw Beyonce wearing a sequinned outfit.

The Lemonade singer has been keeping something of a low profile in the months following the birth of her twins, although she was spotted at a SoulCycle class in Santa Monica recently.
