Beyoncé’s Insta-feed might be every pregnant woman’s nightmare. The chicest maternity dresses? The oh-so perfect hairdos? And any hints of morning sickness? Pffft! But you know, this is Beyoncé, and a simple pregnancy scan snap just won’t cut it.
If there’s any mums-to-be out there searching for pregnancy photoshoot inspo, please look to Queen Bey (who recently shared with the world a series of stunning images on her website).
Though her latest snaps might just be our favourite to date…

The singer shared with her 100 million followers a set of pictures showing off her bump in all its glory (in case you were wondering, the twins are due in July), in a red maxi dress.
In a close-up snap Bey also shined the spotlight on her matching ruby lippy and a pair of statement earrings we want in our jewellery box, stat! Instagram / @beyonce

Finally, some good news! Beyoncé has just pulled the ultimate Beyoncé, with the (double) pregnancy announcement that no one was expecting.
The singer, activist and all-round icon took to Instagram earlier today to share the happy news that she is expecting twins with her husband Jay-Z.
Posting a heavily stylised image in which she is clad in a green veil, blue knickers and a burgundy 'Lorna' bra by Agent Provocateur, holding her developing stomach, the 35-year-old wrote:
'We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for our well wishes. The Carters'
Until now, the singer has managed to keep her pregnancy entirely secret, with not even a whisper preceding her baby announcement.
As yet, Bey's due date, and the genders of the twins, have not yet been revealed.
Beyoncé and Jay are already parents to Blue Ivy Carter, who recently celebrated her 5th birthday. The singer revealed her first pregnancy during a performance at MTV's Video Music Awards in 2011, when she unbuttoned her jacket, dropped her microphone and rubbed her stomach to indicate the happy news. Four years later, Blue Ivy accompanied her mother to the same awards ceremony.
A source revealed to Us Weekly that there's a reason behind the timing of Bey's announcement - and it has a lot to do with the upcoming Grammy Awards.
'She announced it this way before Grammy fittings and rehearsals, as she knew it would get out. She couldn't repeat the same debut on the show like the VMAs and didn't want it to take away from her Grammy wins and performance,' the source said.
'Now, she can get ready and perform on Grammy night without all the attention going to this.'
Congratulations, Bey and Jay!
