If, like us, the end of Big Little Lies left you wanting more then we have some good news. While season 2 of the hit show is still up in the air we have something else to look forward to in the meantime.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Blake Lively has signed up to star in a new murder mystery movie called The Husband's Secret based on the book of the same name by Liane Moriarty, the author of Big Little Lies.
Apparently CBS Films bought the rights to the book back in 2013 but the success of the TV adaptation of Big Little Lies has seen the project reinstated.
Fans of Big Little Lies will be pleased to hear that The Husband's Secret sets to be another gripping whodunit tale.
'Lively will play Cecilia Fitzpatrick, a chronic perfectionist whose suburban bubble is burst when she finds a note from her husband addressed to her with instructions to open it in the event of his death. But he's still alive. She then discovers a secret that her husband has been keeping from her for years, which leads her to realize that her life is built on a foundation of lies and murder,' the press release read.
