One of Hollywood’s most talked about celebrity couples are not going to make a joint appearance at tonight’s Met Gala.
According to People, Kim Kardashian will be attending the star-studded event alone, as husband Kanye West has made a last-minute decision to stay at home.
“Kim will be going solo. He’s still very much enjoying his time off from public events,” a source revealed to People.
Tonight’s ceremony will mark the first time that Kim has attended the event without the rapper since their debut appearance in 2013, when the 36-year-old was pregnant with daughter, North West.
“He’ll be staying back in L.A. with their kids,” the source continued. “Everything is great with him and Kim and he’s supportive of her going solo.”
We do expect more of the Kardashian clan to make an appearance however, as Kylie hinted at her attendance on Instagram yesterday with a throwback photo of last year’s Met Gala.
According to People, Kim is rumoured to be wearing Vivienne Westwood to tonight's prestigious event.
