If LiLo’s Instagram account is anything to go by, a Plastics reunion might well be happening. Yep, you heard us right.
The actress took to Instagram this week to share a throwback snap of herself and Mean Girls co-stars Rachel McAdams and Lacey Chabert (aka Regina and Gretchen).
The 30 year old posted a pic of the trio with the caption: "#tbt @rayannemcadams@thereallacey #meangirls @markwatersfilm miss you all... sequel?" Cue the Mean Girls excitement.
This isn’t the first time Lohan has showed interest in a sequel of the much loved noughties movie (HOW has it been 12 years?!).
When the cast reunited for the ten year anniversary in 2014 she said: “Why can’t we do a sequel? Of us all grown up. To work with everyone involved in Mean Girls again would be an honour.”
“It was such a good experience. I think it would be really cool.”
