Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander reportedly tied the knot in Ibiza this weekend, after months of speculation that the couple were planning a secret wedding on the White Isle. The beaming newly-weds were spotted wearing wedding bands at a lively brunch gathering on the beach, which led many to speculate that it was a post-wedding brunch party.
The couple were dressed casually for the occasion, with Alicia bringing her signature boho cool in a blue floral printed dress and white espadrilles, while Michael wore a Hawaiian print shirt. Alicia nodded to her Scandi heritage with Heidi-style braids swept into a messy low bun. Clearly celebrating, Michael was also seen puffing on a cigar at one point.

As we reported in Grazia last month, the Hollywood A-listers had even kept the location of their wedding a secret from guests. 'They’re getting married in Ibiza, where they’ve holidayed together before, but the details are being closely guarded,' a source told us. 'Michael is so privacy-conscious that even guests don’t know exactly what the plan is, they’ve just been told when to arrive on the island. He’s paying for them all to stay in the same five-star resort, but hasn’t revealed which one for fear of the exact location getting out.'
The couple first met on the set of 2014's The Light Between The Oceans, in which they play a married couple struggling to conceive. They have largely kept their relationship private, although have spoken about how they fell in love while making the film.
