Pippa Middleton stepped out yesterday in London with a brand new lob haircut, just a few weeks after big sister Kate debuted a similar style. The chic style, which Pippa wore straight and centre-parted, is a major departure for the newlywed, who has worn her hair long and often wavy for several years.
Now, royal watchers are speculating that the younger Middleton might be pregnant with her first child, four months after her wedding to financier James Matthews. Why, you might ask? Well - because the haircut distraction technique is supposedly what Kate Middleton uses before announcing her own pregnancies.

Weeks before the royal couple told the world that they were expecting their first child, Prince George, in December 2012, Kate debuted a new lighter hairstyle as well as a fringe - something which generated plenty of column inches at the time.
The second part of the 'proof' of this theory is a little less convincing. Ahead of the announcement that the Duchess was pregnant for the second time, with Princess Charlotte, she was spotted with grey roots - again, something that got a lot of press attention.
Coincedence? Almost definitely. It's actually probably more likely that Pippa saw her elder sibling's swish new 'do and decided she wanted to go for something similar.
