One of the most anticipated weddings of the year is nearly upon us: Pippa Middleton is set to marry James Matthews on Saturday 20th May, and like many brides-to-be, the Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister has been taking measures to ensure that she looks and feels her very best on the big day. And Pippa is reportedly prepping with a wedding diet and workout regime.
Pippa Middleton's Wedding Workout
According to E! Online, Pippa signed up for a three-month bridal package at Grace Belgravia, the exclusive health, wellbeing and lifestyle club. E! reports that this will usually include 'a personal trainer, skincare and leg toning treatments, plus yoga, pilates, spinning, cardio training, dance and meditation classes. The club also offers to arrange home deliveries of specialised healthy meals.'
'Pippa has met with her PT about five times a week and mostly sticks to cardio and pilates,' a source told E! News. 'She feels amazing. Her diet is the healthiest ever - she hasn't even had a glass of wine in months. She's had facial treatments sometimes once a week or once a fortnight.'

Pippa Middleton's Wedding Diet
It was previously reported that Pippa has opted to try the Sirtfood Diet in the run up to her wedding, which favours foods that are high in polyphenols which allegedly help activate the sirtuin genes to help prevent inflammation and burn fat.
According to some sources, Pippa has taken the unusual move of asking her wedding guests to change into a second outfit after the church ceremony, and one guest in particular appears to be taking this very seriously. Prince Harry's girlfriend Meghan Markle, who will attend both the ceremony and the wedding reception, is said to be working with her stylist and close friend Jessica Mulroney to fine tune a wedding look that won't clash with what the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, is wearing.
'Jessica is a fantastic stylist and is smart enough to know that, as well as making sure Meghan looks her best, they also need to be mindful about what Kate is wearing,' an additional source told E! earlier this month. 'The last thing anyone would want would be for them to be in a similar colour or design. Meghan would never want to attract the wrong kind of attention.'
