No likey, no lighty! You might want to print off the application form for the next series of Take Me Out, because Prince Harry is apparently very keen to take a trip to the Isle of Fernandos.
Speaking on Nick Grimshaw's Radio One Breakfast Show, the show's host Paddy McGuinness shared the story of his encounter with everyone's favourite royal.
'We're having something to drink in the evening, and who do I bump into? Prince Harry,' he explained. 'I'm not going to fill you in on all the details, but he's walked in the room, he's come straight up to me, he's gone, 'I want to be on your show - I want to go to Fernandos!'
'I was like, "I don’t think you need the help!"'
Naturally, Paddy was pretty overwhelmed by the thought of the fifth in line to the throne coming down the famous Love Lift. 'I'm a lad from Bolton and I've got a prince of England asking me if he can go to Fernando's. It doesn't get much better than that,' he said. Well, quite.
The Prince has previously spoken out about the difficulties of finding love in the public eye, explaining how 'even if I talk to a girl, that person is then suddenly my wife, and people go knocking on her door.'
Could a Saturday night primetime dating show provide Harry with a shot at finding his soulmate? We really hope so, mainly for the fact that it would make excellent TV, and definitely not because we're filling out that application form right this second...
The thought of Harry popping on a charter flight to Fernandos and attempting an awkward water sports-based date with a member of the general public is just too good, but in the mean time, we have so, so many questions. Would his walk-on song be 'Land of Hope and Glory?' What would his 'special skill' be? Would the Queen do a VT about her grandson (after stealing the show in her Instagram video debut?)
We need answers, Paddy, and fast.
