Following Kate Middleton’s solo trip to the Netherlands, Prince Harry is the next family member to embark upon a royal tour.

Kensington Palace has announced that the 32-year-old will undertake an official visit to the Caribbean on behalf of the Queen later this year.

Prince Harry is set to visit Antigua, Barbuda, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent, Grenada, Barbados and Guyana between 20 November and 4 December, joining celebrations along the way to mark the 35th anniversary of independence in each country.

This is not his first trip to the region however, as Prince Harry first toured the Caribbean back in 2012.

A Kensington Palace Spokesperson said: “Prince Harry holds special memories of his last visit to the Caribbean, and of the warmth, friendliness and sense of fun that comes so naturally to this region. His Royal Highness is greatly looking forward to meeting more of the people who call it home, and for the opportunity during this tour to be visiting some countries for the first time.”

During his visit Prince Harry will partake in local projects which focus on everything from conservation to sport for social development.

And if the Canadian Royal Tour is anything to go by, we can’t wait for pictures of Prince Harry’s adventures to roll in. Watch this space.
