Zac Efron has taken to Instagram to prove he’s still got love for his High School Musical crew with a Flashback Friday post.
The picture, showing Corbin Bleu, Ashley Tisdale and ex-girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens, follows comments Efron made to Men’s Fitness that got some HSM fans all riled up.
"I step back and look at myself and I still want to kick that guy's ass sometimes," Efron told the magazine.
"Like, f--k that guy. He's done some kind of cool things with some cool people – he did that one thing [Neighbors] that was funny – but, I mean, he's still just that f--king kid from [High School Musical]."
As you can imagine, Zefron fans were slightly peeved about the comments, and some are citing the negative backlash as his motivation behind the #FBF post.
“When everyone's sending you hate so you have to pretend you liked hsm again,” wrote one follower in the comments, while another said: “You are a liar you wish you didnt play in hsm.”
