The BRITs 2017 Red Carpet: The Biggest Talking Points Of The Night

Last night in London, music's finest descended on the O2 for the BRIT awards.

The UK's answer to the Grammys, the legendary awards show is one of the funnest of the season, and the fashion is always memorable. From Geri's iconic Union Jack dress to Madonna's tumble inducing cape, you know you're in for a treat.

This year was no exception, with glitterring minis, floor-length embroidered numbers, and thigh-high split gowns.

These were our favourite sartorial moments...

Katy Perry

The headliner performer, Katy Perry chose a silver and blush pink sparkling mini dress and jacket combo for her red carpet appearance. Styling her eye-catching outfit with a choker, tight ballerina bun and glamorous make-up look, Perry looked every inch the star.

Ellie Goulding

One of the first stars on the red carpet, Ellie Goulding opted for a halterneck satin black gown by Philipp Plein. The daring option came complete with chain detailing and a thing high split.

Rita Ora

Rita Ora dazzled in a sequin encrusted olive green gown and accompanying off-shouler glittery camo jacket. With her hair slicked back and her make-up simple she let her outfit make the statement.

Emile Sande

Taking home the prize for British Female Solo Artist, Sande looked fabulous in a metallic printed blazer and black maxi skirt.

Lianne La Havas

British Female Solo Artist nominee Lianne La Havas looked beautiful in a floor-length embroidered Jenny Packman gown and Sophia Webster shoes.

Natalia Vodianova

The supermodel scored fashion points for her pale pink feathered gown by Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci and Buccellati one-of-a-kind earrings and cuff.
