We caught up with the lovely Mollie King to find out if she is careful with what she eats, her summer style icon and how she stays in shape. Spoiler - it involves gym sessions with David Gandy...

Grazia Daily: When it comes to your diet do you let yourself have treats?

Mollie: "Yeah I think it's about everything in moderation. I have a really sweet tooth, I always have. So I have to have a dessert after lunch and dinner even if it's something light like an ice cream. If I'm going to have something sweet it's easier to have a lighter dinner option like a fish or a salad. Everything in moderation I'd say."

Grazia Daily: Are you careful what you eat?

****Mollie: "I'm not one of those people that watches what they eat, but I do eat quite healthily. I'd rather have a dessert than a massive carby meal, that's for sure. My dream meal would probably be something like sea bass, sweet potato and kale and then something chocolatey for dessert."

Grazia Daily: What about exercise - how do you stay in shape?

Mollie: "I work out with a company called Bodyism, but it's really hard to go three times a week as it's hard to know with work when I'll be free. Or sometimes I just pop down to the David Lloyd with my boyfriend (David Gandy) and work out together. It's trying to fit it in. I try to work out three times a week if I can."

Grazia Daily: It's helpful to go with someone else because they motivate you...

Mollie: "So much better. Because otherwise I'm that person who sits on a bike texting. If I go with someone they're like 'Mollie, put your phone down!!' Now I've started not taking my phone to the gym with me, because it's got all the distractios on there like Instagram and Whatsapp. I even get distracted by the music I'm listening to."

Grazia Daily: Do you ever work out with the girls?

Mollie: "I do keep saying I'll do pilates with Frankie but I'm such a chatter I would just distract her. I am better to do it with a trainer or my boyfriend because he takes NOTHING. I'll be like 'baby what should we have for dinner?' and he's like 'I don't care, do 10.'

Grazia Daily: Do you ever have the 'I'm going to be in a bikini' panic?

Mollie: "Of course! Everybody has that 'I'm going to be pretty much naked' panic. This summer, I'm getting the abs in shape - I've been saying this for years. Frankie has the best abs and I said to her 'I'm going to get my abs in shape this year.' I saw her a week later and I was like I haven't been to the gym once. That is my thing at the moment."

Grazia Daily: What have been your favourite holidays?

Mollie: "I went skiing two months ago and that was so much fun. I used to race for Team GB until I was 17, but with the band I haven't been allowed to go because of insurance and touring. But because I don't have a tour for a while I snuck away and didn't tell management. I was like 'I'm going skiing tomorrow and you can't tell me off because it's booked, bye!' It felt so far from everything. You would not have recognised me - I had the full helmet on."

**Grazia Daily: **Is there anything you want to try fashion wise for summer?

Mollie: "I normally keep it tailored and classic but I'd like to go a bit more boho and relaxed. But I always like things fitted. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley does it well - maybe I'll try her look."

**Grazia Daily: **Are you interested in cooking?

Mollie: I'm terrible - really, really bad. But I'm into Masterchef at the moment - which is obviously leagues above what I'm doing. And I try Jamie's 30 minute meals. I would love to be that person, but I'm not. I made eggs benedict the other day which was successful and I nearly Instagrammed it, but thought Mollie, nobody cares!

Grazia Daily: How do you decide what to share and not to share on Instagram?

Mollie: "It's hard. It's hard to know what people are interested in. People want to see the real you I guess, what you're up to on a day off. I just think about what like to see on Instagram. I love Doutzen's Instagrams because she posts a nice mix. I never put up too personal pictures, like me with the boyf or anything like that. But I do things like 'here's me at home eating a pancake.'
