While we hate the term 'girl crush', if we had to use it to describe anyone, it would definitely be Chrissy Teigen. Not only does she rule social media with her witty putdowns of Trump, her trolling of her haters and oversharing to prove she's just like us, she's also got an impeccable sense of style.
Case in point is her holiday wardrobe while on her recent city break to Venice. The 31-year-old supermodel and mother-of-one debuted a brand new vacation look inspired by the golden age of Hollywood. While we love her green jungle-print jumpsuit (we're getting major Jennifer Lopez slashed-to-the-naval Versace vibes from this) it's her choice of headwear that we want to talk about - the turban. The perenially stylish accessory, which has been worn by the likes of Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly and Marlene Dietrich, hasn't been seen on our Insta-feeds for some time now, so spotting it yesterday came as something of a revelation. Her opulent green design, which featured an intricate rose-bud knot on the front, was the perfect finishing touch to her thoroughly put-together outfit.
What's more, it seems that Teigen's choice of headwear wasn't a one-off - she chose to wear it with an entirely different look later in the day.
Although turbans have enjoyed several renaissances on the catwalk of late - appearing as recently in Gucci's autumn/winter 2017 show - they've never made a full-scale comeback on the high street. Could Teigen's turban sway you to join her head-brigade? We're definitely tempted.
