Fans of Christian Louboutin will be delighted by news that the brand is releasing a range of babies shoes (complete with the signature red sole) in collaboration with Goop.
The cutely named 'Loubibaby' collection features a classic Mary Jane design that well-heeled mums will be swooning over on the release date, which is said to be November 16th. The perfect Christmas present for the tot who has everything, eh? They come in pink and blue satin versions as well as with a shimmery gold finish perfect for the Holidays.
The collaboration is the result of a long-held friendship between Gwyneth Paltrow and Christian Louboutin: 'I remember the first conversation which led us to the collaboration,' Louboutin recalled. 'There is nothing that I favor more than a good tête-à-tête, and for that, Gwyneth is a great partner in crime. When friendship meets work, the results are serious fun.' Paltrow added: 'Goop’s fashion ethos has always centered on trendless quality. It was an honor to work with Christian and his team to design the quintessential collection of fall classics'.
At $250 (roughly £187), they're less of a pinch than Louboutin's classic stiletto, which you'd be hard pressed to find for much less than £500. Available on release from Goop.com, you'll also be able to buy them from Goop holiday pop ups in New York, LA and Miami.
