Emma Stone’s Best Fashion Moments

Emma Stone has become one of Hollywood’s best-loved actresses. Since she first burst onto our screens playing Jules in Superbad (2007) alongside Jonah Hill and Michael Cera, she has had an impressive filmography, landing lead roles in films such as Easy A (2010), Crazy Stupid Love (2011), The Help (2011) and The Amazing Spider-Man (2012). Her career defining moment so far, though, is playing Mia in the all-singing all-dancing love-letter to Hollywood, La La Land - for which she has been collecting awards left right and centre this awards season.

Aside from her impressive career, she has a wardrobe to be envious of. Her favourite designers include Giambattista Valli, Dolce and Gabbana and Lanvin, and when on the red carpet she experiments with eclectic and bold colours, patterns and textures.

Emma is of Swedish, German, English, Scottish and Irish descent, and although her fiery red locks are not natural, she compliments her ivory complexion with her outfit choices, and often rocks a bold lip and strong winged eyeliner.

Off-duty, Emma is very girl-next-door and casual. She rocks low-key outfits usually consisting of oversized coats, casual jeans and boots, accessorised with big scarfs and sunglasses.

On the red carpet, though, Emma dazzles every time. At the Opening Ceremony of the 73rd Annual Venice Film Festival in 2016 Emma wore a blue embellished Atlier Versace gown, and at the 21st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2015 she looked amazing in a black Christian Dior Gown. Emma is known for her singature red hair, which she usually wears short with her bangs swept over to one side, or in a sleek updo on a more formal occasion.

Promoting La La Land

Emma has been upping the ante style-wise recently. When promoting her award-winning film La La Land with Ryan Gosling, she rocked the red carpet in a myriad of gorgeous gowns by the likes of Valentino, Chanel and Gucci.

And for the award season circut? It's got to be Valentino, Alexander McQueen and Chanel, of course.
