This weekend Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made a rare Instagram appearance as bridesmaids for close friend Cassie Coane - a Creative Director and DJ - in upstate New York.
In a series of wedding posts hashtagged #mrandmrsflames, the Olsen twins can be spotted amongst an 18 stong line-up of bridesmaids including DJ and style star, Harley Veira-Newton.
Unlike the usual bridesmaid get up of matchy-matchy dresses, this laid-back bride let her friends choose their own dresses with one instruction only: floral. This stylish set pulled it off with aplomb, all choosing completely different dresses that some how went together perfectly.
Seen smiling and clapping in an Instagram video, both twins chose to stick to their signature styles. Mary-Kate, seen on the far right, wore an oversized kimono style dress with backless lime green mules, and a boho-inspired floral headpiece. Ashley, second row up on the left, stuck to her usual all-black-everything in a black and white floral mini dress.
We're totally stealing this idea for our wedding. If only we could persuade Mary-Kate and Ashley to join in?
