They are real-life BFFs, so it was a natural fit thatNatalia Vodianova would front her friend Stella McCartney's latest campaign. The Russian supermodel is the face of the AW15 collection, and stars in the accompanying short film (which you can have an exclusive first look at right here).
The campaign video - shot by Harley Weir - sees Natalia modelling the latest collection against a rugged Highland backdrop. The shoot took place in Scotland, which has a personal significance for Stella. "I was brought up there as a child and spent so much of my life there," she explains. "There is a masculinity to Scotland which complimented the femininity of the images we created."
Highlights of the campaign, which will be available from September, include the new Noma bag and the "fur-free fur" coat. This the eighth time Natalia has fronted the designer's campaigns.
