No one – and we mean no one – throws a 4th of July party quite like Taylor Swift and the social media evidence of this year’s star-spangled celebration is enough to have us chanting ‘USA! USA!’

The icing on the stars-and-stripes-flag cake, however, has to be the red, white and blue striped bikinis and swimsuits worn by Taylor, Gigi Hadid and Karlie Kloss – as documented in a series of professional-grade Instagram snaps that basically serve as a glossy campaign for US swimwear brand, Solid & Striped.

According to a new report from Lyst, Taylor’s Pinterest-ing take on Independence Day has caused searches for the brand’s appropriately patriotic swimsuits to spike by 365% on their site, with over 43,000 views so far. Sadly, no figures are available on whether Tom Hiddleston’s controversial choice of attire has caused a leap in demand for ‘I Heart T. S’ memorabilia, but we’re going to guess not. God bless America.

Since launching in 2012, the New York based label has earned A-list fans like Beyoncé, Gigi Hadid and Poppy Delevingne – such is the Brit model’s love of the brand that she has collaborated with them on a capsule swimwear line for the past couple of seasons.

Taylor and best friend Karlie chose to twin in the Anne-Marie Americana one-piece, which costs $168, while Cara opted for separates, wearing the brand’s Jane bikini top and bottoms in matching Americana stripes – both of which are priced at $88.

Another long-term Swift squad member, Alana Haim, also showed the brand some love, wearing the black and white Elle bikini set ($156 in total) for that watery photo opp.

Both styles are still on sale on the Solid & Striped website in a range of sizes, but it’s surely only a matter of time before they’re snapped up by fans seeking to add an air of Swift-approved retro Americana to their holiday photos. The Anne-Marie, the Jane and a range of similar styles are available via Matches Fashion – we get the feeling Taylor would approve of the red gingham versions of the Anne-Marie swimsuit, too.

And what to do once you’ve bought the appropriate beachwear? Hit the giant inflatable waterslide, of course - blow-up swans are so 2015…
