Contained but cool, effortlessly chic and glamorously dishevelled. French women have it nailed. Granted, there’s the berets and carrying fresh baguettes in straw bags fashion cliché, but really Parisienne style is all about personal style and adopting a more relaxed, undone approach to dressing (just look to Jeanne Damas, Caroline de Maigret and Camille Charrière). And now thanks to new fashion and luxury destination, 24sevres.com, injecting some je ne sais quoi into your wardrobe just got a whole lot easier.

Spearheaded by LVMH (parent company of Louis Vuitton, Cristian Dior, Celiné and more) in conjunction with chic Parisian department store Le Bon Marché, 24 Sèvres is an artfully curated selection of designer finds- from Louis Vuitton and Dior to Simone Rocha and ‘It’ French label of the moment Jacquemus. And for those who have a taste for scouting under-the-radar brands, the website will also host niche labels like Koché and Alice Balas, to please the fashion-savvy.

Its USP? Like any department store there’s a wide-ranging selection of product spanning from RTW, accessories, jewellery and beauty, with fashion items ranging from £45 to over £13,000 (the site is anticipated to be fully stocked this September). In keeping with the ‘virtual shop’ concept there’s also a video call option, where customers can chat directly to personal shoppers in Paris, to help create a personalised edit for you. Um, yes!

While it’s still early days – launching earlier this month - we predict big things from the digital boutique that’s got fashion editors in a spin RN.
