The Autumn Winter 2015 campaigns are trickling in, and as expected Karlie Kloss is going to be all over billboards next season. The latest Karlie Kloss campaign news is that she is the new face of Versace.
It's not a surprising casting given she recently hit Cannes in Versace and walked in the Spring Summer 2015 Haute Couture Show in Paris. She is following in the footsteps of Madonna and Lady Gaga who have all been Versace faces.
In the campaign Karlie, Caroline Trentini and Lexi Boling pose against a monochrome scaffolding-like backdrop that resembles a derelict building site. The images are super colourful, with block coloured minidresses and statement flares.
In one shot Karlie sports a bright yellow halter mini-dress and in another image she wears an oversized green fur coat, a Versace sports luxe bralette, a 'Versace' choker and leather knee high boots.
Back in February Karlie announced that she was hanging up her Victoria's Secret wings to go back to university. The supermodel revealed in the March issue of American Vogue that she has a place at New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
Although Karlie is hitting the books, she said that she isn't going to give up modelling. She told Vogue: “I’ll still be working full-time. I’m incredibly ambitious and have lots of goals within my career that I’m not slowing down on anytime soon."
