In an image posted to her Instagram account last night, Bella became the latest star to swap her trademark style for a seasonal colour upgrade: in this case, platinum blonde lengths with a pastel wash of pink through the ends. What could be more aesthetically appropriate for the so-called ‘first day of summer’ than dreamy balayage?
According to her Instagram post, the model is shooting in London with legendary hair stylist Sam McKnight, and for that reason, we’re guessing that her dramatic change of hue is anything but permanent. Remember the supermodel hair swap at Balmain’s autumn-winter show earlier this year, which saw Bella’s older sister Gigi switch colours with best friend Kendall? That was McKnight’s expert handiwork.
Thanks to that impressive Hadid bone structure, the recently crowned beauty ambassador for Dior is the sort who can pull off pretty much anything, beauty-wise, so it’s no surprise that Bella pulls off mermaid hair with ease. Anyone else feeling even more tempted to hit the bleach right now?
