Benefit have teamed up with leading charities, Refuge and Look Good Feel Better, to launch a new campaign ‘Bold is Beautiful’. Designed to empower women across the UK and to spread the message that confidence is beautiful, Benefit are raising vital money to help rebuild women’s lives.
Last Sunday, the second annual march for the campaign took place as 683 women and charity fundraisers took to the streets of London to help raise vital money. Despite 25 degree heat, the ladies walked 4.5 miles led by Denise Van Outen, who described the event as 'a true celebration of womanhood'. If you couldn't take part in the march then don't worry as there are plenty of other ways you can get involved below.
Refuge is a participating charity committed to ensuring women’s safety after domestic violence. Money raised by Bold is Beautiful will contribute to providing life-saving services for these women.
Money raised will also be donated to Look Good Feel Better, a charity designed to improve the self-confidence of women undergoing cancer treatment. Contributions will help to set up make-up masterclasses and will provide online support for women wishing to regain self-esteem.
