Is there anyone more suited to creating a Christmas makeup collection than Mariah Carey? We think not. Voice of mega hit All I Want For Christmas and champion of glitter everything, Mariah has collaborated with Mac on a capsule festive collection.
The 22-piece range is her second with the makeup giant and is just as OTT as we were expecting. Mariah, of course, does not do understated. Think sparkles, shimmer and glitter by the bucketload.
From bronzer and lipgloss to false lashes and eyeshadow palettes, the collection covers all bases. We love the Mcizzle lipstick (a pretty peach shade) and the This Is My Night liquid liner (a rich brown). Yes, all the products do have Mariah inspired names. Genius.
The packaging itself is also inspired by the singer. Minimalists look away now, MAC’s sleek black packaging has been given a makeover with products encased in glossy gold and dipped in glitter.
Perfect for parties and presents, Mariah’s collection hits stores on December 15th.
