In a recent shoot for Glamour Paris, make-up artist Karin Westerlund created enviable neon lashes for model Ginta Lapina.
With the revelation that black is out and neon is in, beauty fanatics are flocking to buy everything from coloured mascaras to neon false lashes (something we haven’t experimented with since primary school).
