Before being known as the brainpower behing Nails Inc, Thea was the Fashion Editor of Tatler. Clearly a girl who has style.
4. Thea set up her own business Nails Inc at just 23 years old
She noticed a gap in the market during work trips to New York.
5. Her first bar was opened close to London’s Oxford Street, on South Molton Street.
That was in 1999 and Thea now has over 60 outlets.
6. People initially doubted that Nails Inc would be a success...
"People were nervous about whether women would want to get their nails done in public. But I knew convenience would always win over privacy." Thea admitted.

Over ten years on, the company now employs more than 450 people nationwide and turns over more than £13 million a year. Not bad, eh.
