Me, myself and my Google Glasses tacked the elements (praise be the lord for the fire stands otherwise we would have frost bite right now) and the deafening screaming fans last night to bring you an up-close-and-personal view of 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part One' World Premiere in London’s Leicester Square on Monday evening.

The film is just as much of a knock out as the outfits which graced the red carpet. The cast of power women delivered a lesson in red carpet dressing thanks to a dose of swooshing gowns. A very cold Elizabeth Banks, after a mid-red carpet make-up touch-up, glided over in her glorious Elie Saab number for a quick chin wag about what it was like returning to the role of Effie Gray without the elaborate couture gowns.

I also grabbed a moment with a very excited Jena Malone, looking ravishing in Emila Wickstead, who chatted about the importance of great role models like Katniss. Hear, hear! And these were sentiments which Natalie Dormer, the cast newbie, echoed. The bewitching actress looked phenomenal in Nicholas Oakwell Couture and I told her so too, before she commented on my Vivienne Westwood suit. What a love in! #soznotsoz

Jennifer Lawrence was of course on hand to deliver yet more glamour, looking delightful in Dior as per, but the Oscar winner bypassed the media scrum to spend more time with her fans, some of whom had been camping out since Saturday. Yes, SATURDAY!

And that wasn’t all! The pocket-sized heartthrob that is Josh Hutcherson swung by to tell us what it was like to film less scenes with J-Law this time around. ‘Seperation anxiety is a real thing!’ he told us. Let me help you through the pain!****
