Yes, you read that correctly. A three-day festival is set to take place in London in honour of your favourite bubbly beverage.

Aptly named ‘Prosecco Springs’, the event will enable fans of the bubbly substance to attend masterclasses, tasters and activities, organised by the creators of Prosecco themselves (who plan to fly from North East Italy especially).

The festival will be held at East London venue, Oval Space, which will host a line-up of live music including vocalists, jazz quartets and DJs. What better way to sample the sparkly bevvy?

After the great prosecco shortage of 2016, this is the best news we’ve heard all week.

The event will take place from 12-14 May. But make sure to book your tickets on the website in advance as it’s sure to be a huge (drunken) hit.
