*TOWIE’*s Pete Wicks has been accused of many things, mainly by Megan McKenna, but this new claim blows all the others out of the water.
Essex’s self-styled pirate is no stranger to a bit of body modification, and some fans are accusing of him of going to extreme lengths in pursuit of the body beautiful.
They’re saying, wait for it, that Pete has new eyeballs.
The eye-popping accusation was made after Pete shared an old passport snap of himself to Instagram.
Ain’t no denying, his eyes do look brown in the original snap, but Pete did address that when he posted the picture, saying: “New passport photo...wouldn't even know it was the same bloke! 10 years and a lot more hair! (And for the record, no I do not wear coloured contacts! I have no idea why my eyes look brown in the first photo!).”
Pete then went on the defence and posted an even earlier photo of himself to show that he really does have blue eyes.
“There you go for all you numbnuts that think I've had some sort of eye transplant! It's just an old dodgy passport picture that have made them look brown....born with blue eyes!"
Not that the young boy snap looks much like him. Just saying.
Pete is strongly rumoured to be a contestant on this year’s Celebrity Big Brother, so maybe he’ll use that golden opportunity to put the blue eyes / brown eyes debacle to bed for good.
Or maybe he’ll have other things to think about.
