This is how much Ariana Grande raised for Manchester bombing victims

The We Love Manchester Emergency Fund has announced how much Ariana Grande raised to aid victims of the tragic bombing which occured after her Dangerous Woman show at Manchester Arena on May 22nd.

The terror attack claimed the lives of 22 victims and injured many more; with Ariana staging her One Love Manchester fundraising concert on June 4th in a bid to help the families who had lost their loved ones.

Billboard reports the fund will be giving each of the 22 families affected £260,000 after people worldwide donated a total of £18.5 million.

A press release from the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund reads: "The payments will ensure the families benefit from the phenomenal outpouring of public support following the attack," with Councillor Sue Murphy saying: "The city and the world responded with such extreme kindness, generosity and solidarity in the aftermath of the Manchester Arena attack."

Billboard also reports that families have recieved around £72,000 and free councelling so far.

Sue Murphy added: "This will be a complex and sensitive process as we will need to assess the long-term impacts of the attack. We will issue an update as soon as we know more."
