Bella Hadid's father, Mohamed, has taken to Instagram to share a picture of him and his daughter just hours after Selena Gomez and The Weeknd have gone public with their relationship.
The post is captioned with a BEYOND ADORDS message, reading: "Daddy's little Girl. I love you to the moon and back one thousand and one times. @bellahadid you are the star that lights up the moon. You are the smile that [I]wake up to every morning."

However, fans were quick to pick up on the timing of the post, and believe this sentimental message to be a subtle hit at The Weeknd aka Abel Tesfaye.
One wrote: "Like wtf mohammed they broke up months ago and just beacuse Abelena pics you tryna shade Selena!! [sic]"
Another had a little more sympathy: "It's wonderful to know Bella's dad is always praising his children with lots of support.
