Bella Hadid has apparently unfollowed her former friend Selena Gomez on Instagram amid rumours that she is dating Bella's ex, The Weeknd.

Bella and The Weeknd ended their nearly two-year relationship a couple of months ago, but insisted they still remained friends. They were spotted hanging out in Paris in the run up to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and who could forget that AWKS but also slightly ADORBS encounter on the runway? It looked like The Weeknd was TRANSFIXED by his model ex.

If you have forgotten, don't worry, we'll always have the memes.

But now it appears as though The Weeknd - aka Abel Abel Tesfaye – has moved on. Pictures published by TMZ (which we can't actually show you but can describe which is basically the same thing right? RIGHT) show him looking pretty cosy with Selena.

In the snaps taken outside the Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica, California, Selena – wearing a long dark coat and blue, wide-leg jeans – can be seen draped all over a denim jacket and cap-clad Abel (told you we'd give ya all the deets).

In one picture it looks as though the pair are sharing a little smooch. It’s all v cute.

Though it seems not everyone was super happy to see this budding new romance as Bella unfollowed Selena just hours after these pictures went public.

But according to reports, Selena and The Weeknd don't really care at all. According to The Mirror, one source said: "At first, Selena and Abel wanted to keep their relationship a secret. But they've decided they really don't care if everyone knows about them."

Selena and Bella have been known to hang around in the same circles, so things could get pretty interesting as this relationship develops.

Rihanna also recently unfollowed her former gal pal, Jennifer Lopez, when she made her relationship official with Rihanna's ex Drake Instagram official.
