We at heat don’t like to show favouritism when it comes to reality telly – we love TOWIE, Love Island, Made In Chelsea, Ex On The Beach, I’m A Celeb etc etc etc all equally.
Like they’re our mad, drunk children.
But we’ll always have a special place in our hearts for reality TV pioneer Big Brother.
And it’s FINALLY HERE. We’ve been well and truly hooked since the launch kicked off on Monday, and it’s already jam-packed full of dramz (of course it is).
They’ve only been in there about 40 seconds, but already they’re all snogging and fighting each other.
(Not at the same time).
Tonight, Rebecca and Sukhvinder fall out over Rebecca’s views that she would not employ a woman who did not wear make-up (literally, ugh).
Rebecca says she never goes to work without any make-up, and Sukhvinder argues she doesn’t wear make-up to work and people take her seriously.
Rebecca replies that make-up is a “confidence booster for a lot of people”, whilst Sukhvinder argues “that’s sending the wrong message out to girls because they’ve got so much pressure”.
Sukhvinder then says: “You’re discriminating against girls” and “girls out there need to own that shit, they don’t need girls on the TV spending five hours putting their make-up on. My daughter does not need role models like that, she does not need that pressure at 19.”
WE ARE VERY MUCH TEAM SUKHVINDER ON THIS ONE, JUST SAYIN’.
Rebecca later says in the Diary Room: “Sukhvinder, I’m sure will be a pretty big problem” for the house.
AND THE DRAMZ DOESN’T END THERE.
Later on, things get heated between Chanelle and Hannah, and Chanelle kicks her slipper at her. B
Blimey.
