And now that Blac Chyna has announced she is expecting a baby with fiancé Rob Kardashian, is Rob’s mum moulding her to fit in with brand Kardashian?
Legal documents have reportedly been filed ahead of Rob and Blac’s wedding to change her name to Angela Renee Kardashian.
Blac, whose birth name is Angela Renee White, has apparently claimed her married name early so she can make a profit from it for "entertainment services, television and movie appearances", according to TMZ.
In the documents, the model is described as a "social media celebrity" but there’s no doubt her star will rise as she becomes part of one of the most famous families in the world, possibly with matriarch Kris as her manager.
Pregnant Blac, who shares son King Cairo with fiancé Rob’s half-sister Kylie Jenner’s current rapper boyfriend Tyga, who Blac split from in 2014, announced she and Rob were expecting on Friday.
They revealed the happy news to fans by sharing a digital cartoon from Blac’s emoji range showing her sporting a baby bump.
The Kardashian/Jenner family haven’t publicly congratulated Rob and Chyna yet but Blac’s stripper mother Tokyo Toni sent her well wishes in an Instagram video.
She said: "I just got off the phone with my daughter and soon to be son-in-law and they told me I’m about to be a grandma.
"I’m super excited for them and I can’t wait for this new addition to the family.
"As well, I’d like to congratulate the other side of the family, which are the Kardashians and the Jenners.
"Congratulations, guys. We’re having a baby!"
