What's your theory on the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie split? Brad's (ALLEGED) infidelity? Drug use? The sad but inevitable decline of long-term marriages in the modern world?
Well, ours was 100%: 'SINITTA DID IT. IT MUST HAVE BEEN SINITTA. WHYYYYY SINITTA?'
NB: It definitely wasn't.
But Sinitta has thoughtfully cleared up all doubt, and clarified that she wasn't involved.
PHEW!
"It’s nothing to do with me. I haven’t spoken to him [she means Brad, everyone] about it," she told The Sun.
Just IMAGINE if those two were going at it.
Brad and Sinitta briefly dated back in the 80s after she split from Simon Cowell, but we just don't see Sinitta being the cause of the split, somehow.
The news that Angelina had filed for divorce from Brad put a real dampener on our afternoon yesterday – in Tyra Banks' words:
"WE WERE ROOTING FOR YOU. WE WERE ALL ROOTING FOR YOU."
It's been reported that Ange has asked for physical custody of their kids, giving Brad visitation rights.
"Angelina's decision to file has to do with the way Brad was parenting the children ... she was extremely upset with his methods," a source told TMZ.
The couple have six children together – Maddox, 15, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, Pax, 12 and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
Brad has released a statement saying that he's "saddened" by the divorce.
"I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well-being of our kids," he said in the statement to PEOPLE.
"I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time."
And Ange released a statement claiming the divorce is for the "health of the family".
"This decision was made for the health of the family," her attorney said. "She will not be commenting at this time, and asks that the family be given their privacy during this difficult time."
