Call us creepy weirdos with an unhealthy obsession with the love lives of teenagers we don’t know, but we were RILLY UPSET by the news that Brooklyn Beckham and Chloe Grace Moretz split.

:(

Obviously they are about 12 (17 and 19) and realistically it was never gonna be long term, but we HAD HOPE. They were SO #GOALZ it was ridic.

They were majorly cute and loved up and always taking gorge pics of each other in picturesque locations.

And they'd also comment on each other's pics things like: "Idk who your girlfriend is, but she's pretty lucky huh?"

SO BLOODY SWEET, EH?

So imagine our ALARM when we heard that love's young dream was offish over.

A source spotted them rowing at a gig in LA earlier in August and told heat: "I don't know what started it, but they were bickering the whole time, then Chloe said out loud, 'That's it, we're through, it's over' - right in front of everyone."

And this sorrowful news was reiterated in Page 6 earlier this week. Their insiders reckon they've not been spotted together in a while, and that Brooklyn has returned to London from Chloe's hometown of LA.

CRRRYYYY.

And now the reason why they broke up has (possibly) been revealed. It was apparently because Chloe got "too clingy".

Blimey.

A source told The Sun: "Brooklyn is so young with his whole life ahead of him, he basically just didn’t need the aggro.

"He was besotted with her at first, but as time wore on Chloe wanted to become more serious and given he lives on the other side of the Atlantic, it was something he couldn’t offer.

As our source says: "Like any young relationship, it's constantly up and down. These two have been on and off so many times over the years, even their own families can hardly keep up."

Young love, eh?
