Calum Best has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault.

The reality star, 34, allegedly assaulted a 20-year-old woman at a hotel in Manchester after a night out.

A source told The Sun on Sunday: “She was hysterical. She ran out of the hotel. She claims Calum sexually assaulted her.”

Former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Calum, who is the son of late football legend George Best, was quizzed by police after he was arrested in the early hours of the morning on October 14, and he was later released on bail.

He had been for a night out in Manchester with both male and female friends, including Ex On The Beach star Ashley Cain.

Just hours after the alleged attack, Ashley tweeted: “Misunderstood.”

Greater Manchester Police told The Sun on Sunday they were called to the Innside Hotel “following reports that a 20-year-old woman had been sexually assaulted”.

They said: “Officers arrested a 34-year-old man. He has been bailed until November pending further enquiries.”
