In the last eighteen months she's become better known for her stint on Celebrity Big Brother where she met Jeremy McConnell and with whom she embarked on what was surely one of the most toxic relationships of all time.
Since then she has given birth to a baby boy, Caben-Albi, been involved in violent altercations with Jeremy and in recent weeks has allegedly moved on to a new beau; former TOWIE star Ricky Rayment.
But before all this, Stephanie was an actress, singer and Hollyoaks favourite. And now she's reminding fans of exactly why she first came into the public eye, with a recent post to Instagram.
Stephanie is seen at a piano playing a song she wrote about a previous bad relationship and she was soon inundated with praise from her followers.
One wrote: "This is amazing! How can i hear the full song?? What a talent 😍"
While another said: "Love your voice X great actress and singer very talented"
So could this be the start of Stephanie's career comeback? Let's hope so!
