Ricky Rayment quit TOWIE waaaay back in 2015 after his tumultuous relationship with Jessica Wright came to a final end. It's also been rumoured that he left to be with his then new girlfriend, Geordie Shore's Marnie Simpson.

Unfortunately for Ricky, the agg seemed to follow him around even after his departure from the show, as he subsequently got engaged and then split from Marnie.

He then hit out at her relationship with his former cast-mate, Lewis Bloor and it was all dramz, dramz, dramz.

But now it seems Ricky's keen for another taste of the TOWIE action as he's recently opened up about missing his time on the show.

Speaking to our pals over at Carp Feed while on a little fishing trip (turns out Ricky's also a big fishing fanatic, who knew eh?), Ricky revealed: "I had been doing it for five years and it was good to get away from it and have a break. But if I watch it or someone sends me a picture of an old episode I think 'Aw, I really miss that,' so it would be nice to maybe go back one day and have a little reunion."

INTERESTING.

There's a couple of newly single ladies that might catch ol' Ricky's eye cough Megan and Amber cough.

Is there a way we can make this happen? Could there be some sort of fishing excursion involved, somehow? Ricky could emerge from the river, carp in hand, for his big return.

TOWIE producers feel free to pick this one up.

Fancy taking a break from all this celebrity gossip? You can transport yourself to a world of angling you never thought you'd find yourself in but actually kind of love and read Ricky's full interview with Carp Feed here.

In the meantime, let's just appreciate the size of this big ol' fish.
